I've lost a couple of sierras over the winter so I'm down to one pair so it doesn't look too likely I'll have any this year.
Two of my pairs of celestials are laying eggs and one hen has started to sit. This is the first breeding attempt for both pairs so there is no guarantee that they'll actually successfully hatch and raise chicks but fingers crossed.

All of the chicks are reserved now and several have gone off to their new homes where they are being spoilt rotten. I have a new pair of parrotlets that will hopefully breed for me next year and will be able to produce green, blue, yellow and american white chicks. I'm also keeping back one of this years boys to pair to a yellow hen so hopefully they'll produce nice green babies in 2017.
Squid and Bean have 7 chicks currently. We've just in the last couple of days taken the chicks away from their parents so that they can get used to being proper grown-up birds. They're getting plenty of cuddles and treats so they should be pretty tame when they're ready to go in approximately 1.5 - 3 weeks. Photos coming soon. 6 of the chicks are currently available to reserve, a male and 5 hens, 3 of the hens are fallow green.
There are 7 chicks in Squid and Bean's clutch. 6 that are normal or pied and one fallow. They're all getting plenty of food and growing well at the moment.
I checked the box yesterday and saw three new, little chicks. The rest are due to hatch over the next 6 days.
